Trained is Nike’s first podcast. Ever.

With the help of Pineapple Media — we concepted, produced, planned, and launched Trained with the purpose of giving everyone access to Nike’s most cutting-edge discussions about the future of fitness. Although it was developed specifically for trainers, it’s designed to let anyone pick up the knowledge and motivation needed to train their best.

The podcast has been downloaded 5 million times, risen to #1 in the App Store for Health & Fitness, consistently been named Editor’s Choice, and won the 2019 Webby for Best Branded Podcast.

Ryan Flaherty, Senior Director of Nike Performance, hosts the show and interviews guests across Nike’s Five Facets of Fitness (Movement, Mindset, Recovery, Nutrition and Sleep). In the process, he uncovers the information and inspiration people of every skill level need to pursue their full potential.
